Lieutenant Colonel Warner completed studying National Security Affairs at the Naval Postgraduate School for Intermediate Developmental Education--in conjunction with his selection for the Air Force Political-Military Strategist program in 2009.
Lieutenant Colonel Warner is a native of St. Cloud, FL. Upon receiving the Bachelor of Music Education degree in 1990, he served as Director of Bands in the Central Florida public high schools from 1990-1994. From there, Lieutenant Colonel Warner served on faculty of the Cypress Lake Center for the Arts in Ft. Myers, FL. from 1994-1996, where he instructed music theory, jazz theory and improvisation, music technology courses, and conducted the wind ensemble, symphony orchestra and musical theater productions. In addition to his conducting and teaching experience, Lieutenant Colonel Warner is an active arranger with over 60 works to his credit. Lieutenant Colonel Warner entered the United States Air Force in 1996.
