| | Airman 1st Class Daniel Omer | |
Airman First Class Daniel Omer, French hornist for the USAF Heritage of America Band, comes from Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Music degree. His teachers include Laurence Lowe, Stephen Kostyniak, Roger Kaza and Jim Thatcher. Airman Omer has performed with Mannheim Steamroller, Natalie Cole, the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, David McCullough, the National Repertory Orchestra and Chautauqua Music Festival.
In his spare time, Airman Omer enjoys being with his wife and son, playing racquetball, watching Star Trek and philosophizing about life.
